A private appointment with Rockford Collection is the only way to see our pieces in person. We never retail anywhere but through our own showrooms. With virtual and physical appointments available in both of our Miami and New York locations, we take pride in being able to cater to a wide variety of needs related to our designs, however extravagant they may be.
Why should I make an appointment?
- Our appointments are for everyone, regardless of what stage you’re at in your fine jewelry journey. Whether you’re just starting your search into fine jewelry or you are ready to place your order for a Rockford accessory, our team of expert jewelry specialists are here to help make the process as easy as possible.
- In a physical appointment you will be speaking directly with one of our sales representatives about the ring/rings you are interested in. This includes trying the rings on, discussing customizations, and getting measured.
- Our virtual consultations are very similar, apart from being able to physically hold our rings (unless you have requested a silver sample of our rings to be shipped to you). Virtual appointments are usually done via skype, facetime, zoom or any other video platform that suits you.

- Physical appointments can be held in either our New York City or Miami locations.
- Virtual appointments are held in Eastern Standard Time and are available worldwide.
- Hours of operation are 12 PM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
